Firm History

The firm was formed in 1977. It began as a general practice law firm, and over the years has evolved into a firm specializing in bankruptcy and workers' compensation. Both attorneys have extensive experience in those areas of practice, and have appeared in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, before the N.C. Industrial Commission, N.C. Court of Appeals, and N.C. Supreme Court.

We currently have offices in Greensboro, N.C. at 706 Green Valley Road, Suite 505; and in Winston-Salem, N.C. at 1320 Westgate Center Drive, near Hanes Mall.
